Passover 2012 It’s Passover time again and once again the supermarkets are filled will all kinds of Passover goodies; gelled candies, kfp potato chips, Coke with cane sugar instead of corn syrup and matzo meal—lots and lots of matzo meal and of course the menorah candles. I’m joking about the candles though I can’t help thinking that it must be easier for supermarket buyers this year because beginning of Passover and Easter fall at the same time on the Julian calendar.
